August 21, 2011
Meeting was called to order by the President, Mr. Bibiano Morales at 3:00 p.m at Starmall in Mandaluyong City.

Reason for absent: She is not feeling well due to two days straight duty from work.
The meeting proceeded and discusses below:
MS. SIBUYAN TEENS UPDATES
1. Arlene reported that, no canvassing of the cost of tarpaulin have been made yet. On the other hand, she suggested that the size of the tarpaulin shall be 20x40 and it was agreed by all. Schedule of printing will be finalized on the next meeting as the details needed are as well still on the process. Arlene also suggested replacing Ms. Sibuyan Teens to Ms. Sibuyan search. The reason for replacing the event was that the later can attract more viewers. Jho Macabare seconded this idea, as Ms. Sibuyan Teens is not appealing to the viewing public. It was approved by all and considers the volume of viewers, as diverse ages and all genders could be an audience. In Ms. Sibuyan Teens, the matured viewers could only second guess that the show is only a teen’s show. Mr. Jun Morales will coordinate with Brgy. Capt. Greg Villanueva to help ask a permit to the organizer of Ms. Sibuyan.
T o amend June 20, 2011 minutes of the meeting re:
a) Ms. Sibuyan Teens search to replace by Ms. Sibuyan search.
b) Age requirement for the contestant shall be between 18 to 27 years old.
c) New set of prizes are:
First prize - Php15, 000.00
Second prize -Php10, 000.00
Third prize -Php7, 000.00
d) Consolation prizes of Php2, 000.00 cash for seven (7) losing candidates.
2. Registration per contestants shall be 500.00
3. Interested to join the search shall contact Arlene for Manila base candidates and Brgy. Capt. Greg Villanueva for Sibuyan base candidates.
4. It made finalized in the meeting that the event coordinator for Ms. Sibuyan search is Ronald Ruallo. He has still to submit a proposal.
RAFFLE TICKET UPDATES
1. Since looking a venue for our raffle draw is not possible ASAP, and we are running out of time for this first raffle draw and renting a place to hold our draw is not really a good idea with just a minor prizes are on it, Jesusa rather suggest holding the raffle draw in Danao at our night on brgy fiesta. It can add blast to the DFS night that will gives the event even more exciting and memorable to our supporters, viewers, and guest and to those who buys and sells our tickets. Also, instead of having raffle draw twice, November and January with small prizes drawing, we will rather make it one time but big time. We will make our major prizes specially the first prize impressive to attract a lot more buyers. It was agreed by all.

3. In selling the tickets, we will not limit sellers among ourselves in our organization. It will be open to all you know outside of our organization. The objective is to attract sellers, and it was agreed to launch a sort of incentives. In every one (1) raffle booklet, we will be giving away one (1) free raffle ticket for the sellers. This is likely to work, and since we have a lot of time to sell, we are expecting big funds to come in.
40 ABOVE BASKETBALL
1. Tony initially report that only the basketball uniform shall cover by DFS funds via solicitation letter.
2. Ernie will provide the donors, but it is not clear the process of collection and how the collected money from the donors remitted to our treasurer.
3. The group in the meeting agreed that, Ernie has to submit a proposal with complete details.
